Frequently asked questions
How do I create a company account?
Go to “For employers” and click “Create a company account”. Enter your NIP – we'll automatically fetch the name, address and registration details from GUS and KRS. Fill in the contact person's details and a password.
How long is a job displayed?
You choose the display period when adding the job (from 7 to 90 days). In the dashboard you can extend, pause or end the job at any time.
What does promoting a job give me?
A promoted job appears above regular jobs in search results and on the company profile, and is labelled “Promoted”. Higher packages also extend the display time.
Where can I find candidates' applications?
In the company dashboard, in the “Applications” tab. You'll see the candidate's photo, contact details, age, city and CV. Applications stay in the dashboard even after the job ends.
Can I delete applications?
Yes – you can delete any application in its preview. Deletion is permanent and includes the attached CV.
